Refund policy
We are confident in our services and due to the nature of selling digital products, we do not typically offer refunds for services. If you have accidentally purchased a digital product, or have changed your mind, before we have started work on the project, you can contact us to request a refund. All refund requests should be made within 14 days after the purchase, as well as before Starmorph has started working on the project. Our contracts will include a detailed payment section that identifies the refund policy for each project with a client.
